The Wonderland

Ever since I was a kid, I have this great passion and love for books. They’re my portal towards the alter universe. Surreal thinking, huh? Anyway, When I grow up, I want to have my own library. I’ll save a whole shelf for the books that I have read within my growing years. That way, I can remember my first interests and foundations of English vocabulary. It’s true that I have developed my skills in writing because of reading books. I remembered that when I was a sophomore, my classmate had this great book entitiled, “Vampire Lestat”. I was so envious of her because I also want to read that book and be able to encounter it’s rich vocabulary.(She once told me that the vocab of that story was really a nose bleeder. You have to hold on to a dictionary for you to be able to understand the text.) So anyway, Because of this frustration and the inability to buy one because of the lack of financial aspects, I started to read more books with deeper English marked on them. I’ve tried Old English ones and landed in the history genre.

Someday, When I grow up, I’ll have my own library and treat it as my wonderland. :)
